Sometimes I feel like I'm a goldfish. Well, a Dory really. I have the attention span of a goldfish and all it takes is something sparkly to get me off my target. Kind of like Dory from Finding Nemo. It only takes a second to get me off track. This blog was a victim of such and after spending the entire summer changing things in my life....I'm back. And quite frankly, better than ever!
I seem to change course more than the tide itself. Ah, but at least I keep swimming, right?
I'm pushing Cottage Vibes back out there because one, I like to write about my health and wellness. Two, my art blog is not the place for that and I needed to fix it. Three, I finally got myself back on WW and I'm doing really well. Finally, four, I've found something in Plexus that I never dreamed possible....my own gut health....and I want to share my journey, too. So, here we are.
I decided that I needed to find true health without the rigorous exercise I was doing. As I get older, the reality of me actually working out that hard forever didn't seem all that likely. I needed to find myself living healthier and walking for exercise. You know, because as long as I can walk, I will. I'd love to hear from you so please leave me a comment. What are you struggling with most with your health and well being? What have you found that works?
