EggFast - To boil or To Scramble

This past week, Naren and I did an egg fast.  Apparently, something he heard about on his Keto YouTubes.  Typically used to break a plateau.  I have been consistently losing on WW, but I thought, a couple of days of eggs might be good for me.  That, or make me crazy.

Tuesday, I worked from home, so I ate two hard boiled eggs with honey dijon mustard for breakfast.  For those curious of my schedule with Plexus, it goes like this:
  • 6 am -- up and take my ProBio
  • Drink Coffee, etc until time to leave for work.
  • 8 - 9am -- take vitamins and any prescriptions.
  • 10 am -- drink Slim
  • 10:30 am -- eat breakfast
  • 12 noon --  eat lunch
  • 3 pm -- take 2 Biocleanse
  • 5- 6 pm -- dinner
  • Bedtime -- 2 Bio Cleanse
For lunch I had two scrambled eggs.  Not as yummy as the hard boiled eggs--I love mustard and could put it on anything.  The rest of day I drank as much water as possible.  I've been slacking off since it got cold outside.  Drinking water keeps me hydrated and cool....or lately....cold.

Dinner was more of the same....but I made egg salad with Honey Dijon Mustard.

BOOOOORRRRIIIINNNNGGGGG!!!

I actually made it 3 days before I was over it.  On the third day, I needed more variety and by dinner time, I had it....Blaze Pizza....my favorite.  Best part of the fast was that I had PLENTY of WW points for it.  I also only had 3 pieces, because the fast helped shrink my tummy, while the Plexus helped with any cravings I used to have.  I don't crave food unless I am genuinely hungry.  Sounds too good to be true, but with Plexus, consistency is the key to it!

What crazy diet changes have you tried to break a plateau?  My usual is a big cheat meal like a whole cheeseburger and fries.  I wanted to give this egg fast a try, though.....because I love eggs!  I'd love to hear from you on what you've tried!
