Action. It's time to take action! I've written my goals and I've stared at them a while. Listed my WHY and the positive effect accomplishing this goal will have. I've added the starting steps and listed my life coach as the resource for guidance on most of them. I've added encouraging words that felt like I was saying the same thing over and over again. I've done this on ALL TEN of them. Ten, yes, but they are broad and encompassing the things I want to bring to my life.
I worked on them for a week or more and then I turn the page....it wants me to put down an overview by month. I'm not sure where to begin. It then dawns on me that I have begun. Without a check list, I've contacted my Life Coach (if you need one, she is the BEST and I will give you her number) and discussed options of office time, as we call it. She's been my life coach so long, we're good friends now, so when I need her professionally, it's office time. I've also scheduled a yoga class. This class is on my calendar in my Lilly P planner. And I'm excited about it!
Without realizing it, I am creating, planning, and tending my goals. Not all of them, but some of them. And that's a start I'm willing to live with today.
What I am ready to do is LET IT GO. Get to writing (ha, as if I don't already journal and let it go) and let what's weighing heaviest on my mind go. Give it back to the universe, so my path is clear to move forward. And then, I am hopeful for the future. The future I wasn't sure I needed or wanted, but one that I'm certain is coming and it's exactly what I planned.
And then I will tend to my list. It's a process, not an event. How are your goals and planning coming along?
**Local, North Carolina friends, my Life Coach, Jane, will have a workshop on Saturday, March 3rd from 9 - 4, called Ignite Your Life. Her workshops are fabulous and I cannot wait to attend this one. It's $125 and includes lunch. If you are interested, let me know and I will make sure you know about it once they are taking reservations.**

Laurie
