Ah, December.....the busiest of all months. I think I'm ready for it.....
Rabbit Rabbit!
From Wikipedia: "Rabbit rabbit rabbit" is one variant of a superstition found in Britain and North America that states that a person should say or repeat the word "rabbit" or "rabbits", or "white rabbits", or some combination of these elements, out loud upon waking on the first day of the month, because doing so will ensure good luck for the duration of that month.
Checking-in on what I'm.....
Reading:
Finally back to my reading! I finally cracked open my Kindle app and got back to Brene Brown's Daring Greatly: How the Courage to Be Vulnerable Transforms the Way We Live, Love, Parent, and Lead. About two pages in and my eyes were welling up. I'd say I MIGHT have vulnerability issues. Either way, I'm glad to have opened it up because I can't wait to get back to it.
Working on:
Gratitude and goals in my journal. I have started a monthly goals list--Lord knows I love to check off a list--in my journal. I'm not journalling as much as I would like. This translates into the fact that I am not making time for it, but I am working on it. At least getting a little bit written down. I'm not as good with my journal as I would like to be. I tend to journal more when I feel life shifts happening. It's taken me 20 years to figure that out, too. It's time to get my goals lined up for the month, but also think about my goals for 2018.
Creating:
Christmas Gift Ideas that come from the heart. I'm doing an art show in Greensboro on Saturday, December 9th at BeerThirty. The event is from 3 pm until 6 pm. I hope to have some ornaments available, but only time will tell if I can add these fabulous gifts to my art line.
What are your weekend thoughts and plans?

Watching:
The fall of man. It's crazy that it's taken so many years for women to stand up to unwanted advances of men in power. The things I've read make me wonder how we got here. I'm not going to spend a lot of time on it here, but any woman who has ever been the victim of unwanted advances knows how degrading it is. I can recall many situations revolving around unwanted advances, but none ever in the workplace. I couldn't even imagine being afraid to go to work. I know there will be more and there will be many more that will shock us.
Waiting:
In just a few short days, the wait for Star Wars: The Last Jedi will be over!

I have a back-up movie on my list of waits, though. Have you seen the new Avengers trailer? No? Well, watch this Trailer! It gave me chills.
Noticing:
My running and Weight Watchers is paying off. I've had a slippery slope kind of week, but my mind is on the changes coming up for the Smart Points plan next week. So I'm giving myself a pass right now. I hit my weight loss goal for November, so I am feeling good and my clothes are fitting great!

MFD has said nothing about going to the new Star Wars. Weird.
