WW CHECK-IN: The One with Market

Today is  day three of working Furniture Market.  I am surprised that I am not getting in my daily step count.  I mean, it's okay, but I was thinking more than 12K a day. It's been only about 10K or so.  I have been making good choices with food and drinking my water, though.  Working 9 to 6 and on my feet all day has proven to be exhausting, but far more active than my regular job.

We have a catered lunch every day and PTL, there is a salad bar.  I'm basically staying away from bread and eating meat and veggies.  It seems to be working.  Yesterday, I struggled with the candy all over the place.  I think my total count on fun size snacks was 3.  One 100 Grand and two M&Ms plain.  I can tell there is another issue afoot causing me to crave this chocolate.
I do love working market.   The hustle and bustle of big city life for two weeks out of the year.

The wonderful scenes around town like the giant Adirondack Chair.
What I love most is meeting all the people.  I can (and will) talk to anyone.  I love meeting people and hearing about their stores.  The outgoing ones are my favorite.  I even had lunch with a local designer that was a former HP Central Cheerleader with my mom.  It's tons of fun.

Weight Watchers isn't just a diet.  It's a lifestyle change. It's a group of people who meet to share their struggles with their weight and encourage each other to be their better selves.  How's your week on Weight Watchers?
